ClipStack comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The short version
If ClipStack is not what you wanted, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and there is no form to fill in.
Why the trial comes first
ClipStack has a 14-day free trial that is the complete app with every feature and needs no payment details. We would much rather you tried it before paying than bought it and asked for your money back. But if you skipped the trial and it turns out not to suit you, the guarantee stands.
How to request one
Email us from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
Your licence key stops working when a refund is issued, and you should uninstall the app. Clipboard history stored on your own Mac is yours and is not touched — delete ~/Library/Application Support/ClipStack/ if you want it gone.
Beyond 30 days
We are not obliged to refund after 30 days, but we would still rather hear from you than have you stuck with something that does not work. Write to us and we will see what we can do.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under consumer law where you live — including EU and UK withdrawal rights for digital purchases.
